MY ROLE: INTERACTIVE DESIGN, ILLUSTRATION AND CRAFTSMAN
In a 45 hrs design challenge we receive the objective to create a new holiday that can be celebrated in Vancouver. The solution was a motion piece, social media advertsiment and an interactive piece that can be attractive for the people.
The main objective of this project was develop skills related to your area of interest in design but also skills related to team work and time management.
For our project we chose to create an event that should be related with something uncommon but attractive.
'LUNA' is a holiday that celebrates the moment when the moon is closer to the the earth and citizens from there come to visit us for just one night. The event combine different kind of activities like give a card to your friends as a present and attend to a big party in the night.
To make the special this event we introduce a new tendency that is the origami mask that is going to be wearing during the night party and also is going to be a representation of the visitors from the moon.
